Adrienne was performing at Madison Square Garden as part of her church choir when Ricky Martin discovered her.

He then made her a backup singer for his Livin’ la Vida Loca Tour. From there, in 1999 Adrienne joined the all girl music group 3LW.

The group was known for singing hip hop soul and was signed to Epic Records. 3LW put out three studio albums.

Their debut album was certified platinum, selling more than a million records in the U.S. The group remained active from 1999-2007

In 2003 Adrienne signed on to be a part of girl band The Cheetah Girls 2003 franchise under Disney. She was active in Cheetah Girls until 2008.

The Cheetah Girls band released 15 singles, a couple of studio albums, 6 video albums, a live album, 3 soundtracks, 2 EPs and has toured 3 times. The band has sold more than 3.6 million records globally.
