Hazel E gained quite a bit of popularity from being the girlfriend of rapper and producer, Yung Berg. Even though they got together in 2014 and only dated for a little while, fans could get a sneak peak at their hot and cold relationship while they were cast members on Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. Yung Berg was arrested the same year for beating co-star Masika Tucker who he also had a relationship with.
After Yung Berg, Hazel E began dating American actor and stand-up comedian, Katt Williams. They had a pretty materialistic relationship. In 2015 he purchased a house and a Porsche for her.

During an interview with Vlad TV, she came clean about the pregnancy stating it was true, and it was also the reason she left the show. She also stated she had a miscarriage in 2015.
She reported that she was pregnant, but at the end of the season she had a miscarriage. The show kept exposing her to tough situations but she was in no condition for that type of confrontation in the state she was in so she made the choice to leave.
