Net Worth

Logic’s net worth is $14 million. That’s quite the amassing of wealth for a man so young. Well, only six months ago (in 2018), it was estimated that his net worth was around $10 million.

Logic of course has had a meteoric rise into the upper tier of artists and his earnings have grown exponentially with that.

Logic earns roughly $150,000 or more per appearance, or gig. So far in 2019, he has played 5 concerts. So in about a month he has an estimated earnings of $750,000 or more.

Being that Logic’s earnings are dependent upon the work he puts out and the touring he does, it is hard to know how much he makes per year.

However, with the leaps in estimated net worth from $10 million to $14 million, we can safely assume Logic earned about $4 million in 2018. Keep in mind, he had a busy year in terms of music and extracurricular income sources.

How does Logic make his money?

In 2018, Logic made his money through an assortment of avenues. First, he obviously earns some of his money creating and selling his music.

He is signed to Def Jam so he gets paid a sum to create musical projects and when they’re complete and go for sale and stream, he gets his royalties. This is not as lucrative as some may think.

There are tons of roles and other people involved in creating a song besides the actual rapper or singer, which is why they receive a smaller income from the activity than you may expect. That’s why touring is essential for artists.

Logic toured through 2018 as had done through previous years. He did, however, perform less concerts in 2018 than he had in at least the prior three years. Regardless, his retainer for concerts is larger now and performing less shows can earn him more than in previous years.

In addition to touring, Logic guest appeared on Ricky and Morty and was the subject of an episode of the Netflix docu-series, Rapture. He’s also made guest appearances on other TV programs during his career.

Logic also sells merchandise related to his music and brand. He spreads his sources of income wide, which is an intelligent tactic.

Introduction

Logic is a lot of things to many different people. For some he “keeps it real.” For others, he’s literally a life savior and for a minority he is disingenuine. Regardless of your own personal take on the man and his motives, there is irrefutable evidence displaying his ability to empower people.

His hit song with Alessia Cara, “1-800-273-8255,” was a stigma shattering help song intended to help people who were suicidal, and it did. His music is a source of unity for many and extends far beyond the atypical hip-hop crowd.

Tips for Success from Logic

1. “Anyone that hate me, I wish you success. I wish you look in the mirror and ask yourself why you suppressed feelings of self-hatred that you want a project on me?” – Logic. Thinking through this can help us get out of our own way sometimes.
2. “Determination, persistence, realism, wanting success more than your next breath — that’s the key to success. I mean it’s so simple!” – Logic
3. When referring to relationships with successful people and not abusing them for self-advantage, “I’m not about to just flex on Instagram, that’s stupid. I’m trying to use your wisdom, get to know you as a person and as a friend.” – Logic.

No better way to go out than that. Logic is immensely wealthy, a net worth of $14 million, but he only wants to know people as a friend.
