Interesting Facts

There are two sides that this young artist uses to create his music. A Boogie considers his harder rap music about the streets a part of his “A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie” side. He considers his more sentimental songs to be coming from his “Artist” side.

A Boogie did not get walked into fame by label deals and viral videos. His success as really built from the ground up. His music has been the one thing that carved a place for him in the music industry.

The special thing about his success is it only took a single year for him to really get everyone’s attention. To date, he has very few interviews under his belt.

When A Boogie was shooting the video for “Drowning” he was really under the water playing an actual piano.

Fans can see his real watch sinking in the video also. Even though being underwater was his idea, one thing he says he didn’t anticipate was having to stay under the water for about 30-45 minutes straight for the shoot.
