Offset has been in an on-and-off relationship with fellow rap artist Cardi B. The pair first began dating back in 2017 and were married privately in September of that year.

However, Cardi B said they had broken up in December 2018. Offset also has four kids. One child he had with Cardi B is a daughter named Kulture Kiari Cephus.
