Early Life

Kobe started playing basketball when he was three years old. During summer vacations, he visited relatives in the U.S. and played basketball with them. He especially loved the Los Angeles Lakers and dreamed of playing with them one day.

High School

In 1991, Joe Bryant retired fully from basketball. The family moved to Lower Merion, Pennsylvania.
